What I’m Into: Outdoor Dining Tables

Outdoor living is a big deal to me because I love warm weather and hanging out comfortably outside when the weather is nice, but also because having usable outdoor space really expands the size of the cozy cottage. You know I’m a fan of expanding our space outdoors if you’ve been reading this blog for any amount of time.  You can see here, here, and here what we’ve done to create a usable backyard and here about creating a usable garage. This means, I’m kind of always into outdoor furniture so we can keep improving our outdoor living. And I’m currently into outdoor dining tables because we have always gone the budget route and we have always come to regret it. This year, we’re doing it a little differently.

This year, we are upgrading our outdoor dining situation and recently purchased a new table that arrived last week and was put together by the delivery team. (Due to the coronavirus situation, we haven’t touched or used the table yet, but we will.) Which meant we looked at quite a few outdoor dining tables before deciding on the one we would buy. Yes, budget was still a factor, but so were style, color, material, size and reviews (the last factor was to a minor extent).

In case you’re in the market for an outdoor dining table, here are a few with an industrial touch that I’m into:

And here are a few classic tables that would fit a traditional outdoor design style.
