What I’m Into: Chairs

Chairs, I have this thing with them. I do. I can’t stop Pinning them, pining for them, wanting them, window shopping for them. (Side note: what’s the digital equivalent of window shopping?) Chairs serve a major purpose, as we know, but they also serve as functional artwork for the home. They are beautiful sculptures. No one knows that better than one of my favorite interior designers, Kelly Wearstler, whose work you see above. Bonus for those that are beautiful and comfortable!

Chairs are for every room. Need to eat? You can sit at a stool or chair in the kitchen or dining room. Need to loungeĀ or read but don’t want to sit on a sofa? Lounge chairs are for you. Want something pretty to throw your clothes onto instead of hanging them up? That stunner in the corner is your friend. Here I’ve rounded up the chairs I’m into in the categories of stools, dining and lounge.
